The four major temperaments.

Basically, there are four major temperaments.

. Sanguine

. Choleric

. Phlegmatic

The meaning of these temperaments.

 Sanguine: pleasure seeking and sociable.

 Melancholy; is analytical and quiet.

 Choleric; is ambitious and leader-like.

Major choleric types are James Bond, Indiana James, Khalesi and Wolverine.

Phlegmatic: is relaxed and peaceful.

The ways all of these temperaments will take actions  will be different because what motivates us differs.

Sanguine: the pleasurable and sociable character. Showing sanguines that you are popular and renowned is a great start.

Note: how some websites use the famous and we'll known logos of companies such as Apple and Microsoft as proof of authority.

As Dan Ariely write:

" We usually think of ourselves as sitting in the driver's seat, with ultimate control over the decisions we made and the direction of our life takes; but, alas, this perception has more to do with our desires with how we want to view ourselves-than with reality"-Dan Ariely

Choleric; the analytical and quiet type. How to persuade them to take actions:

I. The You're the Boss" approach -Stay on top of communication with skype- Manage all your calls in one place.

2. The sophisticated approach stake your conversation to another level

Choleric type need to feel in control and be the one making the change.

Phlegmatic: the Phlegmatic customer are practical, stable, relaxed and peaceful and takes it time to make a decision.

MY LAST PIECE OF RIGHTNESS

Published on: September 28, 2022 | Category: Poetry | Author: Damilola Deborah | Likes: 3| Views: 196

My heart skipped a bit as my decision frowned at me

from the ground it sat

Lifeless, crippled, sad with teary eyes.

How did we come to this?

Taking three steps back

I watched myself make a pick between want and right

It's only without my sanity intact that I'd toss the latter to the side

So the expected choice, I chose.

"It's a norm to be fine if it's right"–

With those words, my mind was polished until shine

Certainty of an untampered feeling shakes hand with me in pledge.

Three steps forward

Face to face with the consequences of my decisions

My heart skipped a bit

as regret and longing filled the space it leaves.

Melancholy took hold of my being.

Heavy chest,

Body not willing to rest,

Yes, my feelings betrayed me instead.

This is the part to take

Quite sure I'm in the right place

But it happens..

It happens that the right thing isn't always what we want

and what we want isn't always what is right.

So on this part I've chosen

I hang on to my last piece of rightness

Hoping, just hoping in time soon it repays the good due to me.

WHAT IT MEANS FOR US WHEN TIME PASSES BY

Published on: September 18, 2022 | Category: Poetry | Author: Damilola Deborah | Likes: 3| Views: 127

Sometimes, I complain about how quickly time passes by.  How it never stops counting and how a whole 24hrs ticks past like the flipping over of a book page. But then, on the other hand, I unzip my mind to the fact that its passing by is an answer to the calling of our needs – Namely to let go, heal, proceed, improve, succeed, get by, achieve, just to name a few.

Though as the usual saying goes that time waits for no one, I would agree and as well add to it that it takes us along. As it moves, we follow. It sets a part leading us ahead.

Moreover, the unmatchable movement of time will help us come to the actualization of things we want to accomplish and be– life dreamed of, things wished for, things

expected, future hoped for; We no doubt need time to pass by, to keep living.
